Make a Statement with ModCloth

I am a firm believer that outerwear should NOT be basic. ModCloth has a great selection of unique pieces that are perfect now that the weather is changing. Below I’ve created a list of some of my FAVORITE Fall purchases and some of the cutest statement pieces.

This Polka Dot coat is the newest addition to my outerwear collection and I am in LOVE. I am a huge fan of mixing prints and have been needing more polka dots in my life. I paired it with these Ruby Red heels that I plan on using for a Dorothy themed costume in October.

These four coats are currently in my shopping cart. I adore the heart detailing’s in the first Heather Grey coat with the bright pop of red. The second Salient Style Wool Coat is more muted than the rest of my wardrobe but I’ve been looking for something with that cut and length for a while. Also I’m adoring the polka dots. The third full length Set for the Solstice Coat  will be appearing on my Instagram feed in no time. I love the splatter of colors and feel like it really pops and would be fun to pair with some of my winter primary color dresses. The fourth coat appealed to me for its Timeless Edge and buttoning details. I love the way it fits on the model and is a perfect Fall staple piece.

I have been incorporating more orange into my looks for Fall, and this outfit is no exception. I paired this Blue Jumper  with a Burnt Orange cardigan and my FAVORITE socks ever- Fox Socks

These two sweaters are a Fall must. Yellow is my favorite color so I purchased both the Turtle Neck and the Striped Pullover. I like layering them under my lighter dresses to add a pop of color and help transition some of my more summery pieces.
